Agriturismo Vinci rents four flats and one house on the Vinci estate and three other houses in the hamlet of Camporata below.
The facilities
All flats and houses have a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, bathroom with shower or bathtub, bedroom with double beds and wardrobe, flat screen TV with satellite reception. High-quality bed linen, hand, bath and kitchen towels are also provided. In addition to the modern central heating, there is a chimney or wood stove. A charcoal grill or fireplace is available on the terraces or in the garden. Free Wi-Fi is available in all houses and parking spaces are available directly at the accommodations.
Our lake
Our beautiful lake invites you to swimming and sunbathing - no other agriturismo in the area offers such an experience! The lake is only a few hundred meters away from the main buildings and can be reached on foot or by car via a natural road.
Vinci Estate - the flats and the house by the lake
The accommodations at the Vinci are named after one of the contrades (districts) of Siena. The flats Drago and Pantera are in one building, Tartuca and Onda in a second. Nicchio is a stand-alone house that offers a wonderful view over the lake. (approx. 5 minutes walk to the restaurant and reception).
Drago

Tartuca and Onda are together in the house Volta and can also be rented together, ideal for a larger family or two couples (up to 6 persons) who want to spend their holidays together.

Nicchio

Hamlet Camporata
The Camporata is located just below the Vinci Estate and consists of three houses, one of which has its own pool. From the estate it is only a few minutes' walk to the centre of Gaiole in Chianti or to the Vinci estate, where our restaurant and reception are located. At Camporata, too, our guests have ample parking space directly at the accommodations and, of course, they also have access to our private swimming lake on the Vinci estate.
Mulino di Camporata
Mulino di Camporata is a traditional Tuscan stone house, surrounded by a well-kept garden, just a few minutes' walk from the famous village of Gaiole in Chianti. The holiday home, a former mill, has been divided into two independent holiday flats, which are only rented together and can accommodate 4 people.
The Mulino is ideal for a small family or two couples who want to travel to Tuscany together but still enjoy their privacy. Both floors each have a bedroom with double beds, a kitchen-living room and two bathrooms each, the upper flat also has a beautiful covered terrace overlooking the surrounding fields. A laundry room is located in the outbuilding and is at the disposal of our guests.

Villa Camporata
Villa Camporata is a beautiful Tuscan-style country villa, ideal for families and groups. A particularly attractive property with private pool and tasteful interior design. The three-storey holiday villa is very spacious and nestled in a well-kept garden with a fireplace and covered seating areas.
The house offers on two floors space for 6 persons (2 bedrooms with double beds and in the attic a gallery open to the living room with two single beds), 2 bathrooms, large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a small laundry room.
With the basement comes another bedroom with double bed, a small bedroom with 2 single beds, a large living room with fireplace, a second kitchen and another bathroom. Thus Villa Camporata offers space for up to 10 people.
€ 3'220.- per week (low season € 2'240.-) for the main floor with gallery, accommodates up to 6 people.
€ 4'620.- per week (low season € 3'150.-) for the whole villa (main floor with gallery and basement), accommodates up to 10 people.
Casa Margherita
Casa Margherita is a two-storey Tuscan-style country house, ideal for families. It is very spacious and nestled in a well-kept, very large garden with a covered seating area and a stone fireplace. The house is tastefully furnished, has a living room with chimney, a large fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), two bedrooms with double beds, an open gallery with a sofa bed for two people and three bathrooms.
€ 1'960.- per week (low season € 1'680.-/week) for an occupancy of up to 6 persons.
The reduced off-season rates apply from mid-September to the last week of May, June to mid-September the normal rates apply (high season). During the high season we only rent by the week, during the off-season shorter or longer stays are possible by arrangement (minimum stay 3 nights).
The usual arrival day is Saturday, departure before 10:00 a.m., arrival from 2:00 p.m. onwards.
The weekly prices include final cleaning, all additional costs and VAT, only the visitor's tax is charged separately based on the actual number of guests (currently € 2.- per day and adult person, for the first 7 days). We accept bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (EC).
On request and for a modest extra charge, we can provide extra beds for children. Dogs also on request.
